Bio
Some of Heidi’s earliest memories were in the kitchen with her Grandmother learning how to bake. A family friend took her to her first decorating class when she was just 9 years old and she has been hooked ever since.
Born and raised in Ohio, Heidi had the opportunity to attend Ohio State University and received a degree in nutrition and food management. After graduation she married her College Sweetheart and started a career in the food service industry.
Life took an unexpected turn when Heidi and her husband moved to Austin Texas. Ready to get back to what she really loved, Heidi enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu, Austin. There she received a degree in pastry and began to follow her dream.
