Our founders ~
began her career as a woman entrepreneur when she was just a kid. Her love of connection and networking led her to organize a neighborhood babysitting service. She was an active member of her High Schools DECA club, and continued her love for business and marketing into her adult years. She launched her high end floral business in 1993. She has a background in design and decor, and graduated with her MBA from the University of Central Florida. She spent the next 15 years perfecting her passion for business. Attending seminars, training classes and boot camps helped her develop a well rounded understanding of the holistic thinking that successful entrepreneurs must possess. ”During that time, I often wondered why there seemed to be a void when it came to good resources for home based businesses. I longed for a place where I could get advice, bounce ideas around with my peers, and be inspired” says Blossom. ”Small business owners, especially women owned businesses, are solo-preneures.” “They are stuck in a home office, isolated from collaboration. Isolation is proven to hinder a persons professional growth.” S he went on to say, “I am so much more productive when part of a collaborative environment and that was the leading reason why I founded Posh Coworking”
is also well grounded in the entrepreneurial world. He began his professional journey in 1992 when he co-founded MSR Development, while arming himself with his BBA from Lamar University. After the sale of MSR, Michael moved to Austin and has worked for big “IT’ brands such as IBM and Cisco. He is very active in his community, and was an integral part of froming his neighborhood ESD for fire protection services. He too shared Blossom’s dream. ”There should be a place where entrepreneurs could gather, collaborate, network, and draw from each other expertise.” said Michael “Being a part of something so crucial for the development and growth of a business is a huge responsibility. Blossom and I have great hope, not just for Posh, but for all those entrepreneurs out there that find it and use it’s resources to grow their professional expertise.”
